Zoological Park in Barcelona is a part of the Ciutadella Park located in North-East part of the city. It has been established in 1892 and primary focuses on primates and dolphins, however has a wide variety of other animals. If you are worried about poor animals kept in cages, we would like to say that the conditions for them in the zoo are really good.

There is a dolphin show organized daily in the zoo and the zoo itself is open every single day of the year, so even if there’s a public holiday and you seem to have nothing to do and don’t want to stay in your vacation rental in Barcelona all day long, you can go to the zoo. Admission price for adults 16.50 €, for children 9.90 €, however group discounts and 20% discount with Barcelona card are available.
