Dogs, cats, ducks – these are the most common animals living on the streets of European cities. And if ducks are at least wild birds, which mostly find their food by themselves, sometimes being fed with bread, and are a regular part of environment, then dogs and cats call only for such emotion as being sorry for them, but not being able to do anything. You feed them – it becomes more of them in the streets, you don’t feed them – they die. That’s cruel, but natural thing.
